Mercy Care's core business is to support women and their children so we have chosen to use the International Women's colours for our website which are purple, green and white.
In our home at Mercy Care we create a welcoming, hospitable and safe place, where women feel free to make choices. We are open to meeting physical and emotional needs of the individual. As a team we work cooperatively, supporting each other and respecting differences. Mercy Care acknowledges the process of recovery that women and children enter into after living with violence. It is the possible journey from despair to hope. Mercy Care is committed to the elimination of violence against women.

In June Mercy Care completed the translation of the Welcome Booklet into 21 languages. This project has enabled the women to have greater understanding about the options and services available to them. Mercy Care is delighted with this project and the wonderful benefits it provides to the women.
